For 334 children who have lost a parent to the war, we moved beyond generic aid to fulfill specific, critical needs. From 83 tablets restoring access to education to household appliances for grieving families, Operation Santa combined targeted support with a 40ft container of bulk aid to reach over 1,500 beneficiaries.

Displacement threatens to create a gap in education for thousands of children. In Ivano-Frankivsk, we partnered with local operator 'Revived by Unity' to upgrade classroom infrastructure, creating a professional, stable environment for IDP children to learn and heal.

Winter is a survival challenge. In partnership with The World Orphan Fund, we commissioned and distributed 900 winter jackets to foster children across Ukraine. From the frontline zones of Kharkiv and Dnipro to IDP hubs in the west, we ensured vulnerable families had the gear they needed to face the cold.

In the shelling zones of the South, physical school is often impossible. To prevent children from falling behind, we partnered with The World Orphan Fund to deploy tablets to a rehabilitation center in Odessa and foster homes in Mykolaiv, restoring access to remote learning.

We connected a young woman with Compassion Medical, who generously sponsored the diagnosis, fitting, and purchase of a new hearing aid. Sometimes, the smallest logistical connections make the loudest impact on a person's life.

Environment impacts dignity. We delivered concrete, paint, and construction materials to renovate an underfunded orphanage in Chernivtsi. While our long-term goal is systemic foster care reform, our immediate mission is to bring color and comfort to the children living there right now.

Overcrowding brings health risks, especially for infants. We delivered 12 UV air sterilization units to an orphanage in Chernivtsi that is overwhelmed by new arrivals from the east. These filters will ensure clean, safe air for babies under the age of 6.

Usually, we measure impact in tons. Today, we measure it in steps. We responded to a request from a single mother to purchase an orthopedic walking device for her blind son. This one small purchase will help restore his ability to walk and grant him a lifetime of mobility.

From hemostatic sponges for the wounded to 8,800 units of food for infants—our latest delivery covers the full spectrum of need. We processed 3 pallets of critical trauma supplies (IVs, burn kits, oxygen) and a massive shipment of baby nutrition for immediate distribution.

Our first delivery wasn't about complex logistics; it was about speed. We cleared retail shelves in Romania to deliver 4,328 boxes of baby food and essential supplies to Ukraine during the first critical days of our response.
