"For merits before the Ukrainian people." Awarded to Zhanna Galeyeva in recognition of her exemplary leadership and service as Director of the "Ptakha Svitla, Ukraine" Charity Foundation (Chernivtsi Oblast). This distinction honors her significant personal contribution to the spiritual and material support of the nation, as well as her dedicated, active public service during a critical period in Ukraine’s history.

The Certificate of Merit of the Verkhovna Rada is a high-level state award, distinct from regional or departmental commendations. It is issued directly by the legislative branch of the Ukrainian government and serves as one of the highest forms of parliamentary recognition for a civilian.
