Every logistics network starts with a single truck. For us, the mission began with the most vulnerable population: infants.

In the chaotic first days of our operation, before we had established wholesale contracts or large-scale warehouses, we simply went to work. We drove to Romania and physically cleared the shelves of local stores to get aid moving immediately.

That first run resulted in the delivery of 4,328 boxes of baby food.

Retail Response Along with the baby food, we packed the vehicle with a large quantity of miscellaneous essentials—diapers, hygiene products, and canned goods—purchased directly from retail aisles.

• The Reality: In the early days, you don't wait for the perfect deal or the palletized shipment. You buy what you can find, and you get it to the border.

This delivery set the tone for everything that has followed: see the need, find the goods, and get them to Ukraine.
