Delivering Heat: 60 Stoves for Sievierodonetsk
Pillar: Relief & Community | Location: Sievierodonetsk
Sievierodonetsk represents one of the most severe humanitarian environments in the war, facing a total collapse of central utilities. With gas and electricity grids offline, residents are entirely dependent on decentralized heating to survive.
As part of our wider strategic commitment to manufacture and supply wood-burning stoves, we deployed 60 of these heavy-duty units directly into the city.
Mobilizing the Stockpile Because we commissioned these units in advance from local metalworkers, we hold a rolling inventory of winterization assets ready for immediate dispatch. This model allowed us to move quickly, transporting the stoves into the city as soon as a logistics corridor opened.
Critical Infrastructure These stoves are now operating in basements and shelters throughout Sievierodonetsk. By leveraging domestic manufacturing, we were able to provide 60 families and communal groups with a fuel-agnostic heat source, ensuring survival in a zone without functional infrastructure.
