Social Infrastructure: Deploying 10 Integration Hubs Nationwide
Pillar: Relief & Community | Partner: VPO Ukraine | Scale: 10 Locations
As the war continues, the challenge shifts from immediate evacuation to long-term integration. Millions of Ukrainians are displaced within their own country, stuck in a limbo of unemployment and uncertainty.
To address this structural crisis, we shifted our focus from emergency aid to systemic support. In partnership with VPO Ukraine, we executed the simultaneous launch of 10 Community Centers in densely populated urban hubs.
The "Integration Hub" Model These centers are designed to be one-stop shops for stability. We moved beyond simple food distribution to offer a comprehensive suite of services aimed at restarting lives:
Economic & Legal Reintegration: Providing IDPs with free legal counsel for document restoration and rights advocacy, alongside job placement services to help families regain financial independence.
Housing Logistics: Assisting displaced families in navigating the complex rental market to secure long-term accommodation.
Child Protection: Creating dedicated safe spaces for children to play and socialize, allowing parents the time to focus on rebuilding their livelihoods while ensuring their children receive psychosocial support.
Networked Impact By partnering with VPO Ukraine, we leveraged an existing national network to deploy these centers quickly and effectively. This project is not just about a physical space; it is about restoring agency. We are giving displaced Ukrainians the tools they need to take back control of their future.
