Combat Survival: 10,000 Units of Tactical Medical Gear

Pillar: Defence | Asset: TCCC Equipment | Partner: Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation

In combat medicine, the "Platinum Ten Minutes" determines survival. If a soldier can stop massive bleeding or relieve a collapsed lung immediately after injury, their chances of survival skyrocket. To achieve this, every soldier needs high-quality medical gear on their person.

To support this capability at scale, we procured and delivered 10,000 units of critical trauma equipment to the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation and a specialized recruit training facility.

The Inventory We focused on high-demand items specifically requested by combat medics:

  • Hemorrhage Control: 8,000 Compression Bandages. These are the primary defense against massive blood loss from shrapnel or gunshot wounds.

  • Airway Management: 2,000 TPAK Decompression Needles. These are specialized devices used to treat tension pneumothorax (a collapsed lung that crushes the heart), a common and lethal blast injury.

Strategic Distribution By partnering with the Prytula Foundation, one of Ukraine’s largest and most effective logistics organizations, we ensured these assets were fast-tracked to the units in the hottest sectors of the front. Simultaneously, by supplying a recruit training facility, we ensured that new soldiers entering the fight are equipped with life-saving gear from Day One.
