Sector Security: Monitoring Frontline Movement in Kherson

Pillar: Defence | Assets: Autel Evo II Dual 640T & Evo II Pro | Function: Movement Monitoring

In the volatile Kherson sector, safety depends on the ability to detect movement along the contact line before it becomes a threat. To maintain control of the area, defenders need eyes on the terrain 24 hours a day.

Just hours before our team rotated out of the country for a brief operational pause, we executed one final late-night rendezvous to deliver two specialized drones designed specifically for monitoring frontline areas.

We provided a mix of optics to ensure no movement goes unnoticed, regardless of the time:

  • Night Monitoring: The Autel Evo II Dual 640T is equipped with a thermal sensor. It is used to scan tree lines and open fields for heat signatures, allowing the team to detect movement in total darkness.

  • Day Monitoring: The Autel Evo II Pro utilizes high-resolution 6K optics. It is used to monitor roads and perimeters during the day, identifying vehicles or personnel at long distances.

These assets are not just cameras; they are early warning systems. By providing a constant live feed of the frontline, they allow the unit to track activity in real-time and respond effectively to any changes in the sector.
